1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. SERVICES

Clicked On Media LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, social media management, paid advertising, web design, and marketing consulting. Service terms are defined in separate service agreements.

3. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Clicked On Media LLC including appointment reminders, invoices, promotional offers, and business updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All fees for services are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, and work product created by Clicked On Media LLC remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, applicable deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Clicked On Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days.

7. PRIVACY

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at clickedonmedia.com/privacy-policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
